First, I was impressed that I could order online then a lady from the shop explained the situation with the vase not being available and could they substitute, It was very considerate and I told her the reason for the flowers, a little cheer for my sister who lost her husband recently. The arrangement brought a smile to my sister and she loved it. Thank you.
