Everything was wonderful! First went to the Beaumont web site to look at arrangements. Picked a few that I liked and then called the shop to place the order myself rather than online. This way I could determine if the shop was friendly since I am halfway across the country from California and spending a lot of money on flowers that represent my family. Kelly was wonderful and very helpful. I chose a deluxe version of the arrangement and it was beautiful. Received pictures of the actual arrangement and it was better than the image on the web site. Big, beautiful flowers overflowing from the pumpkin container. Not the one shown here because Kelly clicked on the wrong image that was sent in my email confirmation and promptly called me back to tell me not to panic, the pumpkin arrangement would be made and delivered. Wonderful service and beautiful flowers, exactly what I was looking for!
