The customer service rep was warm, welcoming, and kind. The delivery was available for same day which was great and she even sent me a pic! Although I did ask for some sunflowers, I did not see any in the pic she sent me. Also, Kayden’s name on the card should have been capitalized.

Always a nice experience helpful and they care
